8mm. In facies this
species resembles apiseriata but is distinguished from it and biseriata
by having only a slight irregularity in the right saccular process of the
valve, separated from the costal process and subtended apex by a much wider
excavation.

Mulu, 1000m. 413461, lower montane for., BM arctiid slide 2729.
Paratypes: 1
(slide 2725) general data as holotype but Site 23, April, W. Melinau Gorge,
250m. 430558, FEG 4, limestone forest; 1 (slide
2731) BRUNEI: 15m, Telisai, sandy heath forest and Gymnostoma (Lt. Col. M.G.
Allen).
Other material. A
possible female (slide 5376) was taken at the Telisai locality.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The
few records are from lowland and lower montane forest types.
