The facies is similar to that of borneensis but there is a diffusely
darker blotch in the centre of the marginal zone of the forewing and a slightly
more intense medial shade. In the male genitalia the basal part of the uncus is
broader, shorter than in borneensis, the saccular lobe shorter, and the
furca arms much longer; the aedeagus has the small apical lobe of the loesa group.

Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. Both specimens were taken in lowland heath forest (kerangas).
