Diagnosis.
The species
is distinguished from congeners by a diagonal red streak from one third along
the costa, through the discal spot to the tornus of the forewing. The male
genitalia were illustrated by Holloway (1982a: fig.13).
Geographical
range. Peninsular
Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat
preference. The
species has been taken at Kretam in the lowlands of Sabah and in rainforest at
Labi and Badas in lowland Brunei.
