The species is larger than cruda, the forewing fasciation more greenish,
though lacking the medial element. In the male genitalia the valve ornamentation
is restricted to a subcostal flap. The aedeagus apex is bifid somewhat as in G. fasciata
Moore.

Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The unique specimen was taken in tall upper montane
forest.
