8-9mm.
The forewings are dark brown with obscure markings apart from the basal triangle
which is yellow-orange. The hindwings are dark brown as is on the forewing. The
male genitalia have the eighth sternite processes more widely set and splayed
than in other taxa. The uncus processes are wide-set, convolute, globular, and
the socii are outcurved and tapering. The aedeagus is curved, tapering to an
acute apex.

Col. M.G. Allen) BM limacodid slide 383.
Paratype. 1 as holotype; 1 BRUNEI:
30-60m, Labi, lowland forest and secondary veg., 12.4.81 (Lt. Col. M.G.
Allen); 1 BRUNEI:
1618m, Bukit Retak, montane forest, 14.9.79 (Lt. Col. M.G. Allen).
Geographical range. Borneo, Sumatra.
Habitat preference. Most specimens are from lowland forests, perhaps
favouring those on acid soils; one is from upper montane forest.
