Diagnosis. The wings are dark grey with vinous fasciae, apart from a pale yellow
border.
Geographical range. Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.
Habitat preference. All six specimens from recent surveys are from
lowland forest, half of these being from swamp forest at Badas in Brunei.
Biology. Yunus & Ho (1980) noted Eugenia (Myrtaceae) as a host-plant
in Peninsular Malaysia.
