Diagnosis. See Mnesiloba dentifascia Hampson

Geographical range. Borneo, Java, Peninsular Malaysia, Luzon, New Guinea.
Habitat preference. A single female has been taken in lowland dipterocarp
forest at the Danum Valley Field Centre (170m) in Sabah. The holotype of intentata
was taken by A.R. Wallace in Sarawak, probably also in the lowlands.
