Diagnosis. See the generic description.
Taxonomic notes. A related, somewhat more strongly marked, undescribed species occurs in
Seram and New Guinea.
Geographical range. Sulawesi, Philippines, Borneo.
Habitat preference. Most records are from G. Kinabalu: 450m at
Poring Hot Springs to 1930m on the main ascent. One specimen was taken in a
cocoa plantation at Tuaran in 1997.
