Eois obliviosa sp. n.

Eois obliviosa(holotype)
(x 1.16)

10-11mm. The facies is very similar to that of memorata, but with the more distal fasciae stronger, contrasting more with the yellow ground colour. The forewing discal spot is not as conspicuous as in memorata. The genitalia of both sexes provide the best diagnosis: the male has much larger coremata at the base of the valve costa (almost vestigial in memorata), has the costa straighter, and lacks the 'pinched up' structure at the centre of the ventral margin; the female has a crest or comb of spines in the neck of the bursa but lacks the transverse band of more slender spines adjacent to the signum of memorata.
