Diagnosis. This and Organopoda perorbata
Prout stat. n. have pale discal spots to the forewing. The
fasciae are more crenulate in the larger cnecosticta, with the forewing
antemedial of O. perorbata Prout being diagnostically straight.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. This is a species of upper montane forest, known from
1500- 2110m on G. Kinabalu, 1790m on G. Mulu and 1618m on Bukit Retak, Brunei.
