Diagnosis. The clear orange fasciation of this species, lacking grey or black
markings, is distinctive.
Geographical range. Borneo, Singapore, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra.
Habitat preference. The majority of records has been from heath forest
types (kerangas) in the lowlands.
