Diagnosis. The ground colour is white, the fasciation black, similar to that of Cusiala
boarmoides Moore (See Cusiala boarmoides
acutijuxta ssp. n.) but the postmedials are weaker, more crenulate.
The anterior half of the forewing is speckled with dark brown. The male antennae
are quadripectinate.
Geographical range. Borneo, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra.
Habitat preference. The species is frequent in lowland forest. It was not
taken in heath forest. On G. Kinabalu a singleton was taken at 1200m.
