Diagnosis. Both wings are basally pale, distally warm grey marked with brown, the
two sections divided by the postmedial, that of the forewing being only very
weakly angled subcostally. The borders in the female are more variegated, being
more darkly marked with brown.
Geographical range. N.E. Himalaya, Sundaland, Sulawesi, Moluccas.
Habitat preference. The species ranges from the lowlands to 1930m and
appears to be common over the whole of that range.
Biology. Barlow (1982) gave Albizzia as a host-plant.
