Diagnosis. This
and the next species have a similar hindwing pattern, but the next is much
larger, with the postmedial pale bar on the forewing very broad, the antemedial
vestigial, and the submarginal spots often absent.
Taxonomic notes. The
Bornean subspecies is bijugata Walker.
Geographical
range. N.E.
Himalaya to Sundaland and Palawan.
Habitat
preference. No
recent material has been taken.
Biology. The
species is probably day-flying.
