Diagnosis.
This is a
small species with dark forewings within which orbicular and reniform are finely
delineated in white and joined posteriorly by a white line. The hindwings do not
have the veins darkened, nor are the wings nacreous. There is a dark brown zone
costally.
Geographical
range. Old
World tropics.
Habitat
preference. Only
one Bornean specimen has been seen, undated from Sarawak.
Biology. The
species has been reared from Nicotiana (Solanaceae) in Africa, but no
larval description is available (Brown & Dewhurst, 1975).
