Diagnosis.
The
forewings are distinctively pale rufous brown with a darker triangle between
orbicular and reniform. There is an irregular, oblique, dark medial shade
posterior to the stigmata, a sinuous postmedial, and a slightly darker triangle
at the margin.
Geographical
range. Borneo,
Sumatra, Java.
Habitat
preference. Specimens
seen are all from lowland localities (e.g. Bidi in Sarawak), but the species has
not been taken in recent surveys.
