Diagnosis.
This is a
species with strongly contrasted forewings and a distinctive oblique reniform
that becomes more strongly whitened posteriorly. The submarginal marks are
irregular rather than colinear as in trilineata, a species with a
somewhat similar reniform.
Geographical
range. N.E.
Himalaya, Hainan, Sundaland, Sulawesi.
Habitat
preference. The
species has been taken in coastal vegetation, including mangrove, in Brunei, and
in alluvial forest in the G. Mulu National Park.
