Diagnosis.
This is the
largest Bornean species. The forewings are dark brown with fine pale lineations
rather than bands; the submarginal is distinctly dentate subtornally.
Geographical
range. Borneo.
Habitat
preference. The
species was described from G. Murud. It is common from 1620m to 2600m on G.
Kinabalu and also on G. Mulu above 1700m. It occurs also above 1600m on Bukit
Retak and Bukit Pagon in Brunei.
