males have the forewing ground colour browner. In the male genitalia the uncus
is slightly sigmoid and the juxta is biarcuate. There is no polymorphism.
Geographical range. N.E. Himalaya, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat preference. Three specimens have been taken in lowland
dipterocarp forest (on G. Mulu and at Labi, Brunei), one in dry heath forest at
Telisai, Brunei, and singletons in lower montane forest on G. Api, and upper
montane forest on Bukit Retak and Bukit Pagon, Brunei.
