Diagnosis. The forewing ground colour is bone white; the anterior arch only of the
postmedial is present, enclosing a bistre circle distad that grades to dark
brown towards the margin and contains small black chevrons; the medial zone is
dark brown with an oblique distal margin; the subbasal encloses a basal bistre
area that is broken into two unequal portions by an oblique dark brown bar from
the costa; there is a faint white submarginal.
Geographical range. Sri Lanka, N.E. Himalaya, Borneo (a single specimen
from near Pontianak).
