Gyrtona inclusalis
(Singapore)

Diagnosis.
This species is smaller than both the preceding (8-9mm), with a more transverse, subdorsally dentate border to the pale basal zone. Again, it is most reliably distinguished by genitalia characters: in the male the uncus is short, stout, the arms of the valves closely adpressed with the dorsal one centrally expanded; in the female the bursa has a signum as in proximalis, and the lamella postvaginalis has a semicircular transverse fold.

Geographical range. Borneo, Singapore.

Habitat preference. The type is from Sarawak and there is another specimen from Bidi, a lowland locality. During the Mulu survey singletons were taken in wet heath forest (kerangas) and at 900m (lower montane forest) and 1200m (upper montane forest) on the limestone G. Api.
