Diagnosis.
The deep, slightly falcate forewings with a strongly convex distal margin have a
white reniform broken into two, the posterior component weakly larger, but both
may be obscure. Distal to the reniform the postmedial has a distinct double
angle. The forewing fasciation is continued on the hindwing.
Geographical
range. Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat
preference. This is a frequent lowland forest species, including heath
forest and forest on limestone. Several specimens were taken in lower montane
forest at 1000m on G. Mulu.
