Diagnosis.
The forewing modification of males is diagnostic. Females resemble those of the Egnasia
rectilineata group,
but have a more regular circular discal patch on the hindwing and a broader,
B-shaped one on the forewing.
Geographical
range. Borneo, Sumatra (HS / K).
Habitat
preference. The species is infrequent in lowland dipterocarp forest, and
has not been recorded above 200m.
