Diagnosis.
The division of the wings into a purplish distal half and a pale dark yellow
basal half by a straight, double postmedial is distinctive. See also the generic
description and the next two species.
Geographical
range. Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat
preference. The species is recorded frequently in both forested and
disturbed habitats in the lowlands up to 1000m, with one record from 1790m.
