8mm. The facies is very similar to that of erectivalva but the male genitalia show marked differences. The valves are tapering and slightly sinuous, with a short rugose process from the sacculus midway. There is also a small, outcurved digitate process interiorly and basally. The aedeagus vesica extends laterally, with the coarse spining ringing the distal part of this. There is finer scobination on a shallow lateral lobe. In erectivalva the vesica is broader but the features are similar.

Holotype . SARAWAK [label typewritten], BM noctuid slide 19974.

Geographical range. Borneo.

Habitat preference. No material with precise data was available.
