Diagnosis.
The forewings are pale apple green with two fine
white transverse fasciae. The hindwings are greyish white. Confusion with
Chloriola
gratissima
Walker, with darker, more emerald green forewings and orange hindwings,
is unlikely.
Geographical range. Borneo, N.E. Himalaya, Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra,
Philippines (Palawan; ZMUC).
Habitat preference.
The original material was probably from the
lowlands of Sarawak. Recent surveys have yielded only one specimen, taken in
forest at 300m in the Ulu Temburong of Brunei.
