Diagnosis.
See bella above. The forewing yellow areas
are similar, but the subapical / costal one is much smaller, and the basal one
is traversed predominantly by a broad but irregular subbasal fascia rather than
by a series of squiggles.
Geographical range. Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.
Habitat preference.
This is an uncommon species of lowland forest,
perhaps particularly alluvial and coastal forest. No records are from higher
than 300m.
