Xenochroa leucocraspis
(holotype)
Diagnosis. The forewings are a uniform deep brick red with only faint
fasciation and a hint of grey suffusion centrally.
Taxonomic note. The generic assignment is based on facies, as a female
abdomen was found to be attached to the otherwise male holotype.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The species is known only from the holotype, taken at
Sandakan on the coast of Sabah in 1891.
