7mm. This species is similar to carrei but the forewing medial band is
slightly narrower. The valve tapers more strongly to the apex than in
carrei,
and the harpe is shorter and more globular than in either of the previous two
species, though still angled upwards. The aedeagus is also similar, though not
produced or flanged apically.

Site 5, January, Camp 4, Mulu, 1780m. 451463, [low stature upper montane
forest], BM noctuid slide 17261.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The unique specimen is from rather stunted, mossy
upper montane forest.
