Diagnosis. The forewings are uniformly paler than in the other species, a
greenish grey, with a lenticular mark formed from the postmedial at the costa
and the posterior course of the postmedial conspicuously paler. There is also a
darker patch on the costa subbasally and a double dark dot subdorsally within
the medial zone.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The holotype and one other specimen were taken in Pulo
Laut, a low-lying island at the south-east corner of Borneo. A further specimen
has been taken in lowland dipterocarp forest at 150m near the Sungei Rampayoh in
Brunei, and another, with a much more uniformly grey forewing, from alluvial
forest in the G. Mulu National Park.
