Diagnosis.
The species has an almost pure white ground, marked with dark brown and
greyish brown; there are dark spots at the forewing disc unlike the
Ernolatia species discussed later.
Geographical range. N.E. Himalaya to Sundaland and Philippines.
Habitat preference. The species is frequent from the lowlands to the upper
montane zone.
