Diagnosis. The forewings are a greenish rufous brown, the hindwings
dull pinkish over the basal/dorsal half. The hindwing underside has a
submarginal consisting of lunules as distinct from the zig-zag chevrons of
elisabethae; the basal half is distinctly pinkish.
Geographical range. Java, Sumatra, Peninsular Malaysia Borneo
Habitat
preference. During the Mulu survey this was the most common of the
three species and taken entirely in lowland forests, most commonly on the
lower slopes of the limestone G. Api.
