. The species is larger than brauni, the forewings a dark
greyish brown with the four fasciae pale. Both antemedial and
postmedial pairs are flanked by a thin zone of more ochreous ground
colour (cf. a dark brown in brauni). In the male genitalia
the long central process of the valve is apically flexed, the
vinculum deeper, the cubile arms broader, their margins more
coarsely spined than in
brauni.

Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat
preference. The two specimens were taken at about 200m in rainforest.
