Diagnosis. This species may be distinguished by the absence of subbasal
dark patches on the forewing, and the division of the distal third sharply
into pale anterior and dark posterior halves.
Geographical
range. Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo, Philippines.
Habitat preference. This species would appear to be rare. Two
specimens have been taken in lowland forest areas and one at 2600m on G.
Kinabalu.
