17 mm. The forewings are slightly narrower than in bramah but
otherwise very similar in facies; the yellow areas are more suffused with brown
and there is a generally greyer tone. The male genitalia differ from those of bramah
in the more concave ventral margin to the valve within which there is an
acute process set on an oblique flange; the transtillae are much larger, curved,
acute, with a subsidiary subapical spine; the aedeagus is stouter, less sharply
flexed.

Geographical range. Borneo.
