Geographical range. Oriental tropics to Sundaland.
Habitat preference. The only Bornean specimens seen are males that were
taken in the G. Mulu National Park, in lowland and lower montane forest on the
limestone of G. Api.
Biology. The form of the larva is as for the previous species. In India the host
range is primirily the family Flacourtiaceae but with records from Populus and
Terminalia (Browne 1968). Kalshoven (1981) recorded the species from
'lobi-lobi' and wild Flacourtiaceae in Indonesia.
