Diagnosis. The species is only known from males. These are like a dark brown
version of those of beatrix, with the paler markings relatively
inconspicuous.
Geographical range. Sundaland, Philippines.
Habitat preference. The only Bornean specimen seen is from 2110m on G.
Kinabalu.
