Diagnosis and taxonomic note. See "Euproctis"
sarawacensis Talbot. The species identified as nigribasalis
by Holloway (1976) is a different taxon, as discussed next.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. Only the holotype is known, taken on G. Kinabalu but
without more precise data.
