Dasychira diplozona Collenette;
Holloway, 1976: 50.
Diagnosis. This species bears some resemblance to the next two,
but is smaller, with more contrast between forewings and hindwings. The
forewings are only weakly fasciated, except towards the costa, where double
antemedials and postmedials delineate triangles.
Geographical range. Sundaland.
Habitat preference. Most
records have been over the range 900-1630m for mountains in Sabah, Sarawak and
Brunei, but one male was taken in lowland forest at 150m on G. Mulu.
