12mm. The
wing markings are similar to those of plagiata in both sexes except the
area distal to the forewing black bar is not heavily marked in black. The male
genitalia have a club-like costal process and a hooked saccular one, the latter
distinctively shaped and spined as illustrated. The aedeagus has an apical
spine, and the distinctly rectangular vesica has a massive basal cornutus and a
smaller apical one, the latter similar in size to that at the aedeagus apex.

Other material. A
possible female was taken at Mesilau (1500m) on G. Kinabalu.
Geographical
range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The
few records are from the lower montane zone.
