13mm. The facies is similar
to that of the previous species in the basal part of the forewing, but the
postmedial is more regular, angled, with a bidentate projection distad in the
discal area; distal to it the longitudinal streaks are relatively long. The
hindwing has a faintly darker diffuse band at two-thirds. The genitalia resemble
those of mesilaulinea.

Gunong Mulu Nat. Park, R.G.S. Exped. 1977-8 (J.D. Holloway et al), Site
14, February, Camp 2.5, Mulu, 1000m. 413461, lower montane for., BM arctiid
slide 5317.
Paratype.
As holotype.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The
specimens are from lower montane forest.
