9-10mm. The facies is
similar to that of the previous species but the forewing discal dot is smaller
and usually close to, or fused with, a streak running inwards from the
postmedial. The male genitalia are similar to those of bifida in uncus
and distal valve shape, but the saccular process of the valve is more robust and
ends distally in a single, stout spine on a broader base that is also slightly
rugose. The aedeagus vesica has a single, rather long cornutus, shaped like a
parang or machete. The female has a broad, sclerotised, plate-like lamella
postvaginalis. The bursa is elongate but small and lacks signa.

Habitat preference. All
material is from lowland dipterocarp forest, including logged forest.
