10-11mm. The white
patches of the wings are more even in size and more evenly spaced than in other
species, particularly on the hindwing, standing out clearly against the
relatively dark ground colour. The male genitalia have a digitate process on the
valve costa subbasally and a trifid juxta, the central prong much longer than
the lateral ones. The eighth sternite is unmodified.

150m 422577, kerangas; 1 BRUNEI: 3m, Seria, secondary and coastal veg. 30.12.78 (Lt.
Col. M.G.Allen).
Geographical range. Borneo, Sulawesi (slide 17315), Seram (slide 12563).
Habitat preference. The type series is from coastal forest, wet heath (kerangas)
forest, and lower montane forest at 900m on limestone.
