Diagnosis. See
the previous species and the next. The androconial patch is distinct as in marginata,
but the overall colour of the insect is darker. The hindwings are slightly
darker than the forewings.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. The
species is known from the original material from Pulo Laut and south eastern
Borneo, and a series taken during the Mulu survey: eight from alluvial forest at
about 50m and one from forest on limestone at 250m.
