Diagnosis. The general colouration is reddish pink, with faintly darker fasciae
that are rather regular, straight especially the medial, postmedial and
submarginal of the hindwing. The species resembles somewhat the holotype of roseofusa
but is much smaller, redder.
Taxonomic notes. The male fourth sternite has coremata. The aedeagus is very weakly
convolute. There are coremata basal to the genitalia. The uncus is vestigial.
Geographical range. Mentawi Is., Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.
Habitat preference. The single Bornean specimen seen is a female from
Kuching in the lowlands of Sarawak.
