Onagrodes eucineta Prout,

Diagnosis. This is a paler, much more rufous brown species than its congeners. The
male has the ovate subcostal scale patch of the hindwing more or less
concolorous with the rest of the wing, and there is a prominent tuft of black
scales in the centre of the dorsum.
Geographical range. Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.
Habitat preference. The only Bornean specimen seen is a female from 1620m
on G. Kinabalu, misplaced in the series of oosyndica referred to by
Holloway (1976).
