Diagnosis. See the previous species.
Taxonomic notes. Material from the Philippines referred to vinacea by Holloway
(1976) is distinct, close to, or conspecific with, acribomena.
Geographical range. Borneo.
Habitat preference. On G. Kinabalu the species ranges between 1050m and
2600m, but is only abundant in the upper montane zone (1500-1930m). It
was only taken in this zone (around 1780m) on G. Mulu and at similar
altitudes on Bukit Retak in Brunei.
