42-47mm.
The wings are strikingly banded with grey and brown-striated pinkish buff, with
broken blackish fasciae and a large blackish discal spot on the forewing. In the
male genitalia the valves are excavate between the apex of the strongly setose
costa and the valve apex itself. The uncus has a pair of setose socii.

Geographical range. Borneo, Sumatra.
Habitat preference. All specimens are from lowland forest, to the west of
the Melinau Gorge, mostly kerangas and dipterocarp forest on limestone.
