Diagnosis. The markings of dark brown on cream and ochre are similar to those of A.
maculata but more solid, less reticulate.
Taxonomic notes. In facies and genitalia this species resembles the Japanese A.
pryeraria Leech; see Sato (1984).
Geographical range. Java, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat preference. The species is rare, known only from three specimens
from G. Kinabalu.
