Luxiaria

Diagnosis. Both sexes are small, very dark grey, the male with a more markedly
falcate forewing and a conspicuous speckled white central band to the hindwing
that is stronger on the underside. The ventral arm of the valve in the male
genitalia is shaped as in L. hyalodela.
Geographical range. Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra, Borneo.
Habitat preference. This is a lowland species, perhaps associated
with heath and alluvial forest types.
